Pier Francesco MAESTRINI | Director of Il trovatore
Pier Francesco MAESTRINI began his career in 1993 with ROSSINI's Il barbiere di Siviglia at Tokyo's Bunkamura Orchard Hall. Since then, he has directed around 200 opera productions worldwide, with a particular focus on the interaction between live performance and virtual sets or animation. A notable example of this approach is his production of RESPIGHI's La campana sommersa for Teatro Lirico di Cagliari (2016).
